The CenterState CEO Community Visionary Award presented to the Allyn Family Foundation
Syracuse, NY – CenterState CEO’s Economic Champions, presented by Fust Charles Chambers LLP, hosted a virtual celebration of 295 companies as 2020 economic champions for their collective recruitment of more than 2,400 employees, 5.6 million square feet of expansion, and $ 752 million in capital investments. In a time of enormous economic pressure, 88 companies were rewarded for the opening of new windows, offices and facilities, and 40 were highlighted for having celebrated a milestone anniversary, testifying to the commitment of companies to the local and regional economy. The companies were nominated as Economic Champions for their accomplishments throughout the year by the CEO of CenterState, his peers, employees and staff.

New this year, the event recognizes organizations that have demonstrated resilience and innovation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The AmeriCU-sponsored Innovation Excellence Awards recognize companies and organizations that have achieved significant innovation in 2020 in response to COVID-19 that has contributed to the growth or improvement of the quality of life of residents from central New York.
Resilient Response Recognitions, sponsored by Dannible & McKee, recognize those who have rapidly adapted a product, service or program to respond to the COVID-19 crisis that has exemplified its business resilience and resulted in the growth of the company or for public benefit.
The CenterState CEO Community Visionary Award, sponsored by Wegmans Food and Pharmacy, was presented to the Allyn Family Foundation for embodying a vision of economic opportunity and for their work in creating a significant positive impact on community prosperity.
