LONDON, November 21, 2020 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – VulcanVerse, a virtual fantasy world where users can own land and creatures using blockchain technology, has been joined by Jeff Wootton Gorrilaz and Pablo Clements of the UNKLE group
The rumor was confirmed when Wootton, Gorrilaz’s lead guitarist, tweeted that he was working on the virtual world backing track asking questions about what was being done and for what purpose.
The CEO of VulcanVerse confirmed:
“Jeff and Pablo created a variety of backing tracks for each ‘quadrant’ of VulcanVerse. We wanted a modern yet experimental set of tracks that users could enjoy depending on each region of the world they were in. The Guitar Jeff’s experimental and ambient style adapts to desert lands and the underworld, while Pablo’s new group, ToyDrum, was perfect for mountains and cities. They are two of the many artists who give our world that touch. special musicals. “
This is the second time in a month that VulcanVerse has reached out to “ mainstream ” creatives to help bridge the gap between the largely unknown blockchain gaming market with its non-blockchain counterpart. In October, it was announced that two Fighting Fantasy authors Jamie thomson and Dave morris would write a trilogy of playbooks for the world.
VulcanVerse sold its land to users in September and the game goes live at the end of December 2020.
