In 2006, she signed a contract with the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy of Chad under the name OPIC Africa. In 2011, he discovered a large amount of crude oil in the first well. On December 1, the CPC held a ceremony to celebrate the arrival of the first shipment of Chadian crude oil to Taiwan at the Dalin refinery operated by the CPC’s refining business division, to announce the latest results of its oil exploration project abroad.
