Strong institutional sponsorship is one of seven things in common with successful growth stocks. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that many of the leaders in the FFTY ETF and IBD stock listings share many of these characteristics.
Many of the top mutual funds in the IBD Mutual Fund Index own Tesla, Snap, Square, Etsy, HubSpot, and Generac, just to name a few of the fastest growing IBD 50 stocks.
Profit growth and strong support from top wealth managers are two key factors in choosing the best stocks. But to be successful, be sure to monitor general stock market trends, learn to read stock charts, and follow the fundamental rules of investing in stocks.
