New Delhi, Jun 10 (PTI) In futures trading on Thursday, gold prices fell Rs 237 to Rs 48,887 per 10 grams as speculators cut their positions amid weak demand.
On the Multi-Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for August delivery traded down Rs 237, or 0.48 percent, to Rs 48,887 per 10 grams on a business turnover of 11,416 lots.
Analysts explain the fall in gold prices by the reduction in the positions of the participants.
