LONDON (Reuters) – The Seraphim Space Investment Trust is planning a listing in London, the agency said on Friday that it will be the world’s first space technology fund listing.
The closed-end fund will invest in an early-stage and growth-stage international portfolio of space technology enterprises, targeting an annual net asset value of at least 20% over the long term, the statement said.
Seraphim will issue common shares at 100p per share.
