June 11 (Reuters) – The United States injected 306,509,795 doses of COVID-19 vaccine and distributed 373,413,945 doses nationwide as of Friday morning, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported.
Those numbers rose from 305,687,618 doses of the vaccine, which the CDC said went on sale by June 10 out of 372,830,865 doses.
The agency said 172,758,350 people received at least one dose, while 142,095,530 were fully vaccinated as of Friday.
The CDC’s roster includes two-dose vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer / BioNTech, as well as a single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine as of 6:00 am ET Friday. (Reporting by Mrinalik Roy in Bangalore; editing by Shinjini Ganguly)
