State of New Mexico Announces Aggie Football ‘Stock Sale’ Fundraiser

LAS CRUZ, New Mexico – It’s time to invest in American football.

On the heels of hiring Jerry Kill As Edgie’s head coach at the end of November, the New Mexico National Athletics provided Aggie across the country with a unique opportunity to support her soccer team by investing in the program.

On Thursday, the state of New Mexico announced the first sale of shares in the Edgeie soccer team. New Mexico Football Club Fundraising Campaign, “Stock Sale”, begins Friday, December 10, 2021 at 9:00 am ET, giving fans the opportunity to purchase “shares” of New Mexico football stock through a donation from until March 4, 2022.

Each fan who makes a donation of $ 100 (100 shares) or more will receive an individual share certificate to demonstrate their commitment and support for New Mexico football. Additionally, wearable dividends are available to fans who donate $ 500 (500 shares) or more by the March 4, 2022 deadline.

“Aggie fans have reason to be optimistic about the future of Aggie football as they have hired Jerry Kill as our head coach, ”commented the State Director for Athletics. Mario Moccia… “Coach Kill has won over 150 Division I soccer games throughout his career, was honored with two separate National Coach of the Year awards and was named Coach of the Year ‘Big 10’ in 2014.”

“The hiring of Coach Kill follows our announcement on November 5, 2021 that the state of New Mexico will become a member of Conference USA, which is one of only 10 participants who make up the College Football playoffs,” Moccia concluded.

The Share Sale target was set to 100,000 “shares” in New Mexico football shares – or $ 100,000. All contributions to the national football club Goal Line Club through the Sale of Stock will benefit Aggie Football and the priorities set by the head coach.

All financial gifts for New Mexico football during the Sale of Stock are tax deductible to the maximum extent permitted.
